Electronics engineering is a dynamic field that requires adept problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of mathematics and computer science in the context of electrical and electronic devices. GTA Academy’s electronics programs expose students to industry-standard technologies and methodologies, preparing them for rewarding careers in this ever-evolving industry.
Electronics Courses:
GTA Academy offers comprehensive electronics programs that combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience to ensure students are well-prepared for the demands of the industry. These programs typically fall into two categories:
Electronics Engineering Technician: These two-year diploma programs cover essential subjects such as electrical circuits, electronic devices, instrumentation, microcontrollers, analog and digital conversions, and more. Some programs offer co-op opportunities for students to gain real-world experience.
Electronics Engineering Technology: Spanning three years, these programs provide a deeper dive into the same core subjects as technician programs, often with additional specialized coursework. Many programs include co-op placements or offer co-op options to enhance students’ practical skills and industry readiness.
Note: Some programs may offer specializations in areas like electromechanics, industrial controls, computer programming, or broadband cable. Students should review program details to find the specialization that aligns with their career goals.
