Co-op Work Experience:
- Completion of 960 hours of co-op work experience for diploma attainment

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administering and coordinating business operations
- Implementing efficient processes and procedures
- Conducting research and preparing reports
- Assigning and reviewing work of administrative staff
- Providing information to staff and clients
- Training staff and troubleshooting office technologies
- Supervising departmental staff and ensuring compliance with business laws
- Possessing a range of personal attributes including decision-making, time management, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
